Kuwait Airways cancels 5 Airbus 300 for poor Maintenance

Kuwait Airways had been officially notified by the manufacturer & mother company of Airbus planes by a warning and «Disclaiming» any risks that could arise in the event that Kuwait airways continues operating 5 planes type Airbus 300 due to poor maintenance, and requesting the civil aviation to stop operating & flying the planes and do an immediate Technical Inspection.

This led to a chaos at the airport because of all the cancellations. The European company Airbus asked to examine some of the Airbus 300 planes devices and subject 5 airplanes to immediate maintenance.

The Kuwait Airways indicated that the process will take several hours, but also pointed to the possibility of renting a plane to fly the passengers.

Al-Qabas newspaper also stated that one of their sources said that the European Union informed Kuwait airways that in the beginning of next March they will not allow Kuwait airways planes to land or transit in the European airspace due to poor maintenance.

One of my favorite travel gadgets no doubt! You can see from the images above that the Gorillapod can be placed anywhere, literally. Its flexible, it’s compacted & I can’t imagine my camera without it.
