What to do in a day in Geneva?

Last summer I had fun spending the a day in Geneva. We went there in the morning and took the last train back to cranes montana. So if your going to do the same here are some suggestions:

Make sure that your arrival time in Geneva is before 2.30 pm so you can have lunch because thats when the restaurants close usually.

For Lunch/Dinner: Entercote is a yummy choice for those of you who are meat lovers! You can never go wrong with Entercote! Another place is Roberto their food is basically YUMMY!

Cafe: Auer is one of the famous spots in Geneva. I love their coffee!

Shopping: BonGeni is department store located on Rue de Marche

Have a tour ride, its so much fun I love to ride these tricycles! You can find them near the bridge next to the fountain.

Rue de Rive: is one of the main roads in Geneva where there’s a lot of shops. Basically its a nice place to have a walk and shop 😉

The Famous Fountain: How can we forget the famous fountain take a boat ride to have a close look at the fountain.

As you can see from the pix that day the weather was just amazing it started as a sunny day and ended with a bit of rain perfect combination, or at least for me 😉

Cottage Chic-Dubai

Thanx to my friends I recently have stumbled on a furniture shop located in the walk in Dubai. The shop’s atmosphere was what caught my attention. The shop is called Cottage Chic. So whenever your in Dubai pass by the shop its worth it!

The opening of Louis Vuitton’s floating boutique

A couple of days ago I went to the opening of the new four-storey Louis Vuitton boutique at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Located in its own stand-alone construction with an architectural design of a glass-covered “jewel” that kinda looks like an ocean-going liner. It took my breath away, it really was a Vision!

HollyWood celebrity Kate Blanchett and other japanese and chinese celebrities attended the red carpet event. I was so star struck from celebrities, even from the ones I didn’t know or hear about. I was ecstatic!!! and not in a good way, in an embarrassing crazy way. LOL

Anyway, this floating LV boutique is a shopping stop for women AND men. The items include men’s and women’s accessories, ready-to-wear collections, shoes and watches. In addition, shoppers will be able to order the iconic, custom built items like the brand’s travel trunks.

There’s also a VIP lounge, a bookstore carrying Louis Vuitton’s published books (to my luck mostly on travel and art) & an art gallery featuring Singapore artists.

Definitely worth the visit if you happen to be around the area

London Lovers! Regent Street!

Hey Readers, it’s been a while since I wrote a post sorry about that but things have been hectic in my life… anyways to make it up to you, I have this post for you!

While I was surfing the net I stumbled on to this interesting site! Called Regent Street Online, as it’s name gives it away, this site is about a street in London called regent street. Its a shopping and food street(yummy). What I thought was interesting is that, this site talks about special events held in the street and about the best restaurant there! So I hope you enjoy it and use it whenever your stopping by London!
