Whenever your in New York take the opportunity to visit The Met. Its not just a regular museum because it doesn’t display only Art it shows you different cultures, exhibiting costumes, Art and monuments.

The new Royal Caribbean cruise ship Quantum of the Sea. Currently the ship route is only for the US. Totally worth the try anytime your heading to United States.

The Carlyle-New York
The Carlyle located in the Upper East Side is not just a regular hotel. It has a bit of history with it. The Kennedys used to stay there in the Kennedy suite.
The opening of Guliana & Bill Rancic’s Restaurant
The Restaurant became a REALITY a couple of months ago! & After the couple’s non-stop disagreement about where the location would be, they finally agreed it would be in CHICAGO!
Wondering why didn’t the E! News host name it Mama DePandi‘s after her mother—and her mom’s famous cuisine?
“As we got further into the planning for the restaurant, we realized that the name Mama DePandi’s felt more Old World Italian, and this restaurant is anything but,” says Giuliana. “We are very excited to be this close to the opening and can’t wait for Chicago to experience the delicious food that Doug has been creating for the menu.”
Don’t worry, though. Mama DePandi’s cooking will be a big part of RPM Italian.
Where did the name come from? it comes from the last initials of the partners in the venture: the Rancics, chef Doug Psaltis and the Melman siblings, R.J., Jerrod and Molly.
I Can’t wait to try Mama DePandi’s lasagna ;p
Mari Vanna Restaurant-London
Mari Vanna is one of the new Russian cuisine restaurants in London. For those of you who are wondering what kinda of food you’d find in a Russian restaurant, Beef Stroganoff is one my favorite dishes!
I loved everything about the restaurant, theme, food, atmosphere and service but most of all I loved the fact thats its Russian! Kinda different from what I used to eat in London (mostly asian).

Tom Tom App
I recently used Tom Tom app for a road trip, which I loved very much. Main reason why I loved the app instead of using the actual device, the Ipad made it easier for us to look at the map and much more easier to navigate.

I tried it on both the Iphone and Ipad but I recommend the Ipad because the it doesn’t consume the battery as much as much as the Iphone. So the next time your on a road trip I highly recommend TomTom app for your Ipad.
Note: the road trip was in Europe so we used TomTom Europe.

Princi Restaurant-London
Atmosphere! Surrounded by marble is what made me love the restaurant. Princi is an Italian cuisine restaurant. We went there for breakfast, food wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad either. Although, in my experience the food wasn’t great, I still recommend it because of the interior plus I probably wasn’t lucky with my food choice.

La Petite Maison restaurant-London
La Petite Maison is high end French cuisine restaurant in London (it has a branch in NY and Dubai). Yummy!! Their food is delicious, service was amazing, to summarize I loved everything about this restaurant. The restaurant is built on the concept of the sharing. Dishes that have been done are served immediately.
Some of the dishes I loved:
-Onion tart with anchovies (I ordered it without anchovies)
-Burrata (is a must)
– Warm Chocolate Mousse (this dish made me a fan of chocolate mousse!)

Bulgari LONDON
Yes finally! Bulgari hotel in London has opened its doors for visitors! The hotel has one of the top restaurants called IL Ristorante which is Italian. So far the hotel looks very nice, leave you with the pics to judge.

When I knew there was a Hershey Spa I was so excited and pumped!!!! Hershey Spa! Best combination massage, relaxing and chocolate, Wohoo!

What to do in a day in Geneva?
Last summer I had fun spending the a day in Geneva. We went there in the morning and took the last train back to cranes montana. So if your going to do the same here are some suggestions:
Make sure that your arrival time in Geneva is before 2.30 pm so you can have lunch because thats when the restaurants close usually.
For Lunch/Dinner: Entercote is a yummy choice for those of you who are meat lovers! You can never go wrong with Entercote! Another place is Roberto their food is basically YUMMY!
Cafe: Auer is one of the famous spots in Geneva. I love their coffee!
Shopping: BonGeni is department store located on Rue de Marche
Have a tour ride, its so much fun I love to ride these tricycles! You can find them near the bridge next to the fountain.
Rue de Rive: is one of the main roads in Geneva where there’s a lot of shops. Basically its a nice place to have a walk and shop 😉
The Famous Fountain: How can we forget the famous fountain take a boat ride to have a close look at the fountain.
As you can see from the pix that day the weather was just amazing it started as a sunny day and ended with a bit of rain perfect combination, or at least for me 😉

Trouble in paradise: Maldives
For those who are planning to visit Maldives soon please consider the following events before you go.
For weeks Maldives soldiers clashed with police on the streets forcing the first democratic president to resign.
Maldives President Mohamed Nasheed announced his resignation in Male, Maldives, Feb. 7 following weeks of public protests over his controversial order to arrest a senior judge.
Maldives officials say no trouble for tourists, & Kuwait Foreign Affairs haven’t issued any concerns for Kuwaiti citizens visiting Maldives yet, however I still feel that a certain period of time should pass until things get settled in the area to avoid getting into any trouble or danger.

Sleep No More is the most unique theatrical show hosted in McKittrick Hotel. Audiences can move freely as the show is on allowing them to experience the show at their own pace.
You might be familar with this is because of the show Gossip Girl, as they were allowed to film one of their episodes on the location.

Six Senses Yao Noi-Phuket
One of my husband’s friend recently went to Six Senses hotel in Phuket. The hotel was highly recommended by him because of its specatcular service, interior and location. Basically, everything about the hotel was amazing.
The hotel is located on island of Yai Noi, where you can be transported by helicopter, car or boat. Six Senses is just whats needed for couples who are looking for seclusion yet have fun in the same time (don’t worry it won’t be boring because of the activities offered by the hotel!).
The guy that gave them special tour of Phi Phi island etc he was so much helpful!
Some of their activities include:
-Helicopter tour
-Fishing, Water skiing and Rock Climbing
-Batik Painting, Thai kick boxing (beginning)
-Thai cooking class and Chef’s Table
-Cinema in hotel

Quick Valentine Getaway!
Sometimes quick and spontaneous getaways is just what you need to getaway from your daily routine. So I decided to give a couple of suggestions that might be interesting for you. Since the first thing that pops to my mind when saying romantic is beach, I though Maldives would be the best suggestion.
Two hotels that I thought looked nice:
W Retreat & Spa Maldives: Which costs around 301KD per night and so far there are availablty for the beach house. This hotel was recommended by one of friends who loved the hotel so much!
Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Maldives: Which starts from 348KD per night and so far there are availabilities.
